Party Manager - Miami Roller Rink

Job Description: The Party Manager at Miami Roller Rink is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and success of birthday parties and private events. This role involves working closely with customers who want to book parties, planning and preparing for the events, coordinating with various departments to ensure all event logistics are met, and actively engaging in sales efforts while responding to customer leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement and Sales: Interact with customers interested in booking birthday parties and private events at Miami Roller Rink. Actively promote our party packages, upsell additional services, and convert leads into bookings.

• Event Planning: Collaborate with customers to plan and customize their parties at Miami Roller Rink, including selecting packages, coordinating themes, and arranging special requests.

• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with food services, scheduling, and staffing departments at Miami Roller Rink to ensure all necessary resources are in place for each event. This includes coordinating food orders, scheduling party hosts, and securing staffing.

• Event Execution: Oversee the successful execution of parties at Miami Roller Rink, ensuring that all elements run smoothly and according to plan. This may involve on-site coordination during events.

• Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events at Miami Roller Rink, making quick and effective decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
