REQUIREMENTS
For applicants desiring the patent attorney role, admission to the California bar and USPTO is required, and for applicants desiring the patent agent role, admission to practice before the USPTO required. Attorneys must be members in good standing with the bar in which they are admitted. Qualified candidates will have at least a Master's degree and preferably a PhD in Organic Chemistry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The individual will handle a variety of patent projects, including drafting, prosecution, post-grant proceedings, opinions, and due diligence. As a member of a growing and dynamic practice group, the successful candidate will work with leading clients in the industry and a collaborative team of attorneys and staff who are committed to professional excellence in a collegial environment.
