Patent Litigation Associate #19957 - Vanguard-IP

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have experience in a full range of patent litigation matters including depositions, infringement analyses, claim construction, drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss. Juris Doctorate (JD), strong academic record, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York.
