The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science and significant experience in patent preparation and prosecution

Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science preferred.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm operates.
USPTO registration required.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a law firm setting.
Ability to independently manage multiple complex legal matters from start to finish.
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
High ethical standards, with a commitment to producing top-quality legal work and client services.
Proven ability to generate business and actively manage client relationships.
