- Schedule: Full time, Day shift, 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm)
- Hospital: Ascension St. Vincent
- Location: Newburgh, IN
Coordinates the daily operations of assigned area(s).
- Coordinate patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling.
- Assist management in establishing and implementing goals.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensures sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, staffing levels, quality measures, and/or regulatory compliance.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Administrative support experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
