Job Description:
- The goal is to support a team that helps patients get access to medications or treatments. This job focuses on making sure patients are happy with the brand by improving how easy it is for them to get the help they need.
- Manage Contact Info for Team Members: Keep track of information (like phone numbers and addresses) for people joining or leaving the team, so they’re set up or removed quickly.
- Handle Issues & Requests: Monitor an online tool where team members submit issues. You’ll organize these tasks and assign them to the right people.
- Create Reports & Presentations: Use Excel to make routine reports that show what’s happening in the team, and make PowerPoint slides to share this information with others.
- Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel.
- Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams.
- Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations.
- Professional experience within patient services, patient access, and healthcare/pharma.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities.
