+ Department: South Clifton OB GYN
+ Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 40hrs weekly, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (7:30am - 4:30pm)
+ Clinic: Must travel between clinics - South Clifton and St Teresa Hospital
+ Location: 1515 S Clifton Ave Suites 130 & 400 Wichita, KS 67218 and 14700 W St Teresa Suite 205 Wichita, KS 67235

Responsibilities
Supervise the daily activities of the patient registration and/or scheduling staff.
+ Assess staffing patterns and schedules to optimize departmental resources and productivity.
+ Order and maintain appropriate supplies.
+ Develop and implement a quality assurance program.
+ Track and report quality assurance results to leadership and makes recommendations for improvements.
+ Oversee process for collecting fees prior to service.
+ Keep abreast of insurance company changes and updates. Communicate these changes to staff.
Requirements
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
Supervisor of Patient Access representatives in a busy Women's Health clinic with multiple locations. Preferred: Supervisor experience, served in a healthcare clinic.
Experience: Customer service, data entry, phone systems, scheduling appointments, check-in and check-out, collecting co-pays and past due balances, payroll, communicating with insurance companies, and superior organizational skills.
