Dallas Regional Medical Center is a 202-bed acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission that offers a wide range of medical services including 24/7 emergency care, cardiology, wound care, surgical services, cardiac catheterization, and imaging. The hospital is the only Certified Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Labor and Delivery Unit in the area. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
 
1. Previous hospital experience as an admissions representative preferred.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Customer Services experience required
7. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires)
