Patient Account Specialist / Biller - Ohana Pacific Management Company Inc

The Position:

We're looking for a passionate Patient Account Specialist (Biller) to perform billing and collection of insurance claims and private statements. Responsibilities include:

• Performs timely and accurate billing & collection to Medicaid, Private and Hospice insurances
• Follow-up on missed payment and resolve financial discrepancies
• Address and resolve Medicaid cost shares discrepancies
• Assist with obtaining third party authorizations

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or a combination of education and experience in healthcare related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare billing office.
• Have an attention to detail and good computer skills
