Patient Account Support Specialist - Addison Group

Position: Patient Account Support Specialist 

Hours: FLEXMonday-Friday 9AM-5PM

Address: Plano, TX 75024

Pay: $22 - $24 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the transfer of those balances from one system to a third party
• After their 3rd party has tried to collect a patient balance and been unsuccessful, send it back to be written off/government reimbursement
• ​Gather documents and put packets together
• Follow up with any missing information
• Statements, advice, remits, and notes with any calls that were made
• Send packets in timely manner to get max reimbursements from government
• Commerical and bad debt write offs
• Review and analyze EOB
• Print out claims

Requirements:

• Knowledge/Experience Reading EOBs/Remits
• Full revenue cycle experience
• Excel experience
