Patient Accounts Representative at Nagler Group

We are seeking to add a Patient Accounts Representative to our prestigious healthcare company in Portsmouth, NH! 

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions via email and phone regarding past-due accounts and medical insurance guidelines
• Assist with identifying problems within an account with payers 
• Investigate and correct errors on accounts as needed
• Resolve past-due accounts 
• Update patient records and make follow up calls as needed
