Patient Billing & Collections Coordinator at Rezult Technology

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Patient Billing/Collections Coordinator to fulfill an immediate need.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Running daily reports to obtain self-pay patients needing a card ran that day
• Running all self-pay payments daily
• Communication with clinics on patient status
• Answering phone calls from patients, clinics, etc.
• Calling patients when payments decline for follow ups
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 1+ years of experience in either medical billing or collections
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of insurance providers is a PLUS
• Excel skills to include Vlookups
