Per Diem Patient Care Coordinator -- Respirator Fit Testing (quantitative)
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: CNA, CMA, Phlebotomists, Paramedics $30/hr; LPN $35/hr.
Schedule: 
Week of October 21st: Monday 10/21, Tuesday 10/22 & Wednesday 10/23.
Week of October 28th:Wednesday 10/30, Thursday 10/31 & Friday 11/1.
Week of November 4th: Monday 11/4 & Tuesday 11/5.
Shift Time: 7am-3:30pm.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a committed and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator with experience performing respirator fit testing (quantitative) for employees of a private business in Philadelphia, PA.  We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a supportive environment. 

Will consider an LPN, Phlebotomist, or a CNA/ MA and Paramedic with respirator fit testing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Record patient information, including insurance information, and utilize electronic health records.
• Perform respirator fit testing (Quantitative).
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Collect data and create spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with respirator quantitative fit testing. Familiarity with EMR system is a plus.
• Valid license/certification.
  
• Customer service-oriented and have great bedside manner.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shot.
• Must bring own laptop/tablet to work.
• Must be able to commute to Philadelphia, PA.
