Growing together.** The **Patient Services Representative** is responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions, and managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s). **Location:** 1728 W Marine View Dr. Suite 106, Everett, WA 98201; Role will become hybrid after training period **Schedule:** Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm PST If you live near Everett, WA, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid remote role* as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day + Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function + Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests + Solves routine problems on own + Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems + Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines + Works with others as part of a team + Assist physicians, as required in coordination of care for patients + Works collaboratively with Centralized Services to support patient needs + Establish and maintain relationships with service providers for patient's coordination of care + Ensures work is being performed according to company policies, procedures, and standards + Provides high quality care and service excellence to our patients + Performs other administrative and clerical duties as assigned + Participates in a variety of department initiatives + Ensures all OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations are followed + Follows proper reporting protocols for any compliance or incident reporting as needed + Maintains strict patient and employee confidentiality + Other duties and responsibilities, not specifically described, maybe defined, or assigned from time to time, consistent with knowledge, skills and abilities of the incumbent by management **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
