Job Description:
We are seeking ten dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinators to join our team at our Specialty Pharmacy Call Center in Orlando, FL. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care by handling inbound and outbound calls, navigating computer systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
The pay for this role is $18.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls daily, providing a white glove experience for patients.
- Navigate computer systems and phone systems efficiently.
- Set up pharmacy shipments by verifying patient information and prescriptions.
- Provide customer service by responding to calls and emails, resolving inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of patient health information.
- Process and submit call requests, identify and resolve discrepancies, and research billing issues.
- Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Background in pharmacy or healthcare.
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: Between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM
