Your Hearing Connection, a privately-ownedAudiology practice in Bakersfield, CA is seeking aPart-time, Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.
We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
- Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
- Insurance verifications & prior authorizations
- Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
- Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
- An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
- Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
- High School Diploma
- Business school or Associate degree preferred
