Required:

• Diagnostic Imaging Scheduling experience
• EPIC
• Experience in a busy clinic setting (at least 20 patients/day, closer to 30-40)
• Nordstrom level customer service
• PCC acting like a concierge service.
• Able to handle high volume of calls/scheduling appts
• Preferred but required::Cardiology or medical experience

 
Responsibilities:

• Pre-Authorizations
• Patient Check Out
• Referrals
