We're currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with a sales background who can help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients while effectively communicating the benefits of our services.

Position Overview:

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. Your background in sales will also be key to helping patients understand our services, guiding them to treatments that best meet their needs, and answering questions with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients, answer incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule patient appointments, confirm bookings, and handle rescheduling as needed
• Educate patients about our services, assisting them in understanding and selecting appropriate treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and support our team in daily office functions
• Conduct follow-up calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and effectively
• Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting relevant services and programs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or patient care coordinator in a medical setting
• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness services
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Empathetic, organized, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
