FT (may need to work from 5:15am - 9pm. Out-patient dialysis with potentially 3 shifts. We currently do NOT have any on-calls or weekends.)

To join this team, please have the following requirements:
Education /Training /Certifications: High School Diploma (GED) is required. Must possess a valid CCHT license or Bonnett license
Skills: Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English Language with proficiency. Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Experience: Looking for teammates who have at least 5 years of experience working in the outpatient centers either for a DaVita or Fresenius
Physical Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds, to a minimum height of 5ft and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weights a minimum distance of 50 ft.
General Responsibilities:
1) Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nursing Supervisor/Charge nurse.
2) Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur.
3) Agree not to disclose Resident s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Privacy Representative.
4) Perform all assigned task in accordance with out established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor.
5) Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
