Description
- Answers patient calls regarding co-pay's that are due, processing of payments, and patient insurance disputes
- Interfaces with Insurance companies to investigate and resolve charges
- Resolves in/out of newtwork patient billing issues
- Provides additional assistance as needed within the department
- Minimum 3 years physician billing, insurance follow up and patient collections expeirence required
- Proficiency in EOB review required
- EMR/Billing Systems expeirence required
- Athena Billing system a plus
- Medical, CCS expeirence a +
- Bi-lingual Spanish Required
