The Prostate Program is one of HALO Diagnostics' key programs offering a full range of prostate procedures. The patient concierge will work closely with the Program Manager to serve a diverse population of oncology patients. The patient concierge will answer phone calls to gauge potential candidate's suitability for the prostate program and direct the patients interested in HALO Dx's prostate procedures to their corresponding HALO site.
An ideal candidate will have relevant care coordination experience in a clinical / medical setting.
- Work with a diverse population of oncology patients – inform patients about the various HALO prostate procedures and locations. Each conversation will need to be appropriately tailored to the individual's need.
- Answer calls, listen to their concerns, and identifying the patient's needs.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner throughout the day.
- Adhere to communication "scripts" during calls.
- Keep records of all conversations in the CRM in a comprehensible way.
Work from home requirements:
- Have a quiet and private workspace.
- High speed internet.
- Team player with outstanding communication skills (including written, verbal).
- Positive, respectful, and professional attitude towards all patients.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to track record of inquiries.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
