Position Overview:

We are searching for a Patient Concierge to join our team. They are eager to understand our patient's needs and will strive for excellence in customer service. Position Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the General Manager
• Owns the practice schedule - check patients in/out, schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Manage practice cleanliness, supply levels, and other daily operations
• Ensure there is always opportunity in the schedule for same day consultations and new clients
• Deliver a warm and friendly welcome to our patients and help to ensure they have the best guest experience we can deliver
• Work as an integral part of a cohesive team, ensuring the most seamless flow in operations each day
• Maintain organization in the practice and keep detailed patient records
• Represent the Genesis brand, mission, and culture
• Any other administrative-related tasks required for business operations

Position Requirements: 

• Self-motivated, team player with excellent trouble-shooting capabilities and the ability to identify and solve problems 
• 3-5+ years of Patient Concierge/Customer Service experience, preferably in dental or other healthcare related field
• Familiarity working with client booking software
• Available to work Monday-Friday
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements
