Holden Dental Care is looking for a customer service driven Patient Coordinator. The Patient Coordinator is an integral part of a team that delivers clinical excellence and best in class service to each patient every time to create healthier smiles every day.

Holden Dental Care is a community-based office with the support and resources of Simply Dental Management. Our Resource Center Teams cover the business and administrative support sides of the practice to allow our office teams to focus on outstanding patient care.

What you will be doing:

• Providing exceptional Customer Service Skills!
• Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Answering phones with enthusiasm
• Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
• Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
• Organizing and filing all paperwork generated by the clinic
• Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
• Keeping reception area clean and orderly at all times
• Checking and verifying patients' insurance
• Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
