Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the practice.
Responsibilities:As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
- Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
- Answer phones
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
