Patient Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator (Travel Required) - Neptune Dental Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a combined Patient & Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be fun, reliable, have superior communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic

Schedule & Locations

• This is a full-time position
• Monday to Friday, no Saturdays
• This role requires travel between two office locations: Antelope and Orangevale.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or treatment coordinator role in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing.
• Comfortable and effective in discussing both treatment options and financials with patients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills; experience with dental management software is a plus.
• Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach.
• Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must!

Responsibilities Include

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. As the first point of contact for our patients, your cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile will set the tone for their visit.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively.
• Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
• Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
• Other duties as assigned
