Patient Device Enrollment Specialist - HumanHire

HumanHire is working with a rapidly growing digital health company that helps patient access healthcare in a revolutionary way. They work with clinics throughout the country but this role will be sitting out of their Brookline, MA location.

We are seeking a Patient Device Support Specialist to join our team and assist patients in enrolling, activating, and setting up their remote medical devices for remote healthcare management. Offering a unique opportunity for Medical Assistants to transition from a clinical role into a medical technology one.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange appointments with patients to facilitate their enrollment and device activation.
• Support patients in the setup of their devices (including glucose meters, scales, blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters) within their homes.
• Guide patients in obtaining initial readings and connecting their devices to smartphones (when applicable), ensuring seamless data transmission.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Massachusetts Medical Assistant is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or family practice is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to simplify complex information for patients.
• At least one year of experience in customer service preferred
