The Position:
We Are Seeking a Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented Patient Experience Coordinator To Join Our Team. This Role Is Crucial in Ensuring That Our Patients Have an Exceptional and Seamless Experience From The Moment They Arrive Until They Leave.

Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Ability to Create a Welcoming Environment.
- Previous Customer Service or Hospitality Experience is s Plus.
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Effectively.
- Passion for Enhancing the Patient Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monday – Thursday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Tuesday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Warm Welcome: Greet Patients Warmly.
- Experience Coordination: Optimize the Patient Experience.
- Personalized Service: Attend to Patient Needs.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure Seamless Interactions.
- Comprehensive Support: Address Inquiries.
