About the Job
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Liaison for the Greeters & Screeners Department at Chilton Medical Center. Required hours are 3:00PM - 11:00PM including every other weekend (as required by department).
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Addresses and greets patients and visitors upon arrival and offers direction and assistance as required.
- Utilizes the skills and provide experience to the family members of the patient for patient care experience.
- Works with the team members, staff and physicians.
- Analyzes and resolves complaints and concerns and communicates issues to appropriate staff.
- Works with individuals or departments to minimize service delays and communicates delays to patients and families.
- Identifies and implements systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service/mission quality.
- Provides data on patient care issues, maintains reports, analyses trends, and forwards information to appropriate departments for action.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree Healthcare or relevant area preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service focused.
- To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
Relevant Experience:
- Retail/Hospitality experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- 2-years' experience in Healthcare, Customer Service, Hospitality or relevant area preferred.
