About the Job
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Experience Liaison at Overlook Medical Center for the Greeters/Screeners Department. Required hours vary: Primarily weekends with other shifts during the week, as coverage is needed.
Essential Functions
- Greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors at our busy entrances and in family waiting areas located throughout the facility.
- Must be able to manage multiple inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and be flexible with facilitating inquiries for patients, visitors, and family members.
- Good communication skills.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
- High School Diploma or GED required or will obtain within 2 years of employment.
Relevant Experience:
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
- Experience and interest in health-care field is preferred.
- Bilingual a plus (preferred).
