Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team to implement the patient experience strategy.
- Manage customer experience improvement plans and monitor quality projects.
- Develop quality metrics and conduct assurance assessments at medical centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve patient complaints to identify root causes.
- Stay updated on relevant legislative and policy requirements.
- Provide ongoing coaching on customer service standards.
- Assist in training, hiring, and developing Patient Experience Representatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years in customer service or coaching, with an understanding of healthcare procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work in teams and be available for weekend shifts.
Physical Demands: This position requires regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with specific vision abilities and exposure to various environmental conditions.
