This is an ideal opportunity for a Patient Flow Nurse Manager to pursue with a highly regarded medical center. This Throughput Manager RN will be responsible for managing staff, assisting with House Supervisor development and coverage, and facilitate patient bed flow movement. Experience with case management and utilization review will be helpful in this role to investigate complaints and incidents, initiate corrective action, and evaluate customer service.

A Patient Flow Nurse Manager with this acute-care hospital with an unrestricted, active Registered Nursing License, a BSN, and experience as a house supervisor, throughput registered nurse, case manager, and related roles will make for quick interviews! Experience in nursing leadership along with knowledge in OSHA, CMS, infectious disease, critical care, rapid response, code, and strategic planning is also a huge plus.
