Greenbrook TMS is seeking a full-time call center Patient Intake Specialist in Delray Beach offering the opportunity to schedule potential patients with depression and other mental health disorders for breakthrough behavioral health care services. We are seeking an individual who will introduce and educate patients on our treatment options, assisting with their needs, and encouraging callers to book free consultations at their nearest clinic. This position is ideal for motivated, energetic individuals who want a professional and comfortable environment and are passionate about helping others.
This is a full-time (5 days/week) position, and we are seeking someone who has availability to work 12:30-9:00pm at least three (3) of five (5) shifts per week including two (2) required Sunday shifts per month, 9a-5p, (exchanged for a weekday shift).
We offer a competitive pay range of $18/hr. PLUS a monthly incentive and a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Educating callers on our treatments and booking new appointments
- Scheduling / Rescheduling patient appointment’s
- Handle over 150 calls a day.
- Office administrative tasks such as managing leads and data entry.
- Providing information to interested patients.
- Pre-screening patients for insurance coverage
- Handling inquiry requests online and by phone
- Follow up calls to patients and interested parties.
- Maintaining a high level of service with each interaction
- Above all, always providing care and compassion to our patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or GED
- Minimum 2 years phone and/or customer service experience
- Active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong computer skills, most notably Microsoft word, Outlook, and CRM experience
- Attention to detail * Customer-oriented ability.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Patient scheduling
- Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers
- Clinical Interviewing
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish A PLUS
- Ability to connect with people.
- Ability to improvise and make quick decisions.
