About the Job
The Patient Navigator Business Analyst performs a variety of analytical, administrative, organizational and reporting tasks and duties. Collects, analyses and mines data; creates and prepares regular utilization reports to monitor performance and will identify opportunities and participate in process improvement projects aimed at improving patient service and resource utilization. Key collaborator, working closely with department managers, clinic managers, directors and business partners to execute tasks and deliver on key deliverables according to timelines. Provides analysis of contact center and financial operations, productivity reporting and operating budget review to provide support for leadership.
