Patient Registration Specialist - TEKsystems

TekSystems is hiring a Patient Registration Representative for a large hopspital in Bloomington!

Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer service to current or future patients that have been scheduled for appointments.
• Update the following patient information within their internal database; patient name, demographic information, medical history, date of birth, etc.
• Verify patient insurance information and update it in the system.
• Work within Cerner to enter in all of the patients personal information.

Skills:

• Must Have:
  • One or more years of customer service. This can be face to face customer service.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Data entry experience.
