Patient Registration Specialist - TEKsystems

Supporting the Emergency Department - Day Shift M-F but could be asked to work every other weekend

Description:

This person will be greeting patients as they walk in for appointments, assist patients during the admissions process, coordinate with nurses to ensure patients complete the proper paperwork, ensures that accurate patient information is collected, accurate data entry of demographic and financial information into the computer system and make sure they're registered (includes verifying insurance and personal information) in the ED department.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is someone that is currently, or was recently, a medical receptionist and or a front office MA.
