Patient Representative - Diverse Linx

About the Job
The position is Patient Account Representative, they must have experience with Medical Billing, Insurance and self-pay collections. They must be comfortable making a high volume of calls and working with computers utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and accurately with numerical data.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient, personnel, and proprietary information.
Ability to maintain therapeutic and professional relationships with staff, patients and consumers.
Knowledge of and adherence to company safety practices.
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification:
None required.
Prefer Current Tennessee Driver s License (Required for staff on Driver s List)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years experience in medical and/or psychiatric billing.
Minimum of 1 year experience with personal computers, including Word and Excel software.
Significant healthcare billing experience required (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance) hospital experience preferred
MedSeries 4 patient accounting system experience a plus
