Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to be punctual and dependable with a stable work history.
Ability to exercise good judgement on handling phone calls appropriately.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent telephone skills
Accurate typing skills
Requirements
At least 1 year of previous call center customer service experience required.
Previous medical experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Bilingual is a plus!
