About the Job
Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Full-time and Part-time Patient Services Representatives to join our Registration department as a Float to support various locations and hours as needed. Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service for our patients checking in for appointments.
SCHEDULE:
***schedule times can be as early as 5:30am and as late as 11:30pm***
- Full-time (40 hours/week): Monday through Friday varying 8-hour shifts
- Part-time (20 hours/week): Monday and Friday, varying 10-hour shifts
Hourly compensation minimum is $17.60,hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience.Base Medical, Dental, and Rx Insurance premium is 100% paid for by Vancouver Clinic for full-time employees.
Must have a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities include welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, scheduling, referrals, and other duties as assigned. If you have the ability to multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and can maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
- Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
- Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are required
Pay Range:
$16.48 - $23.07

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
