Patient Service Specialist - Steward Health Care

Sharon Cardiology is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join a busy practice with large incoming call volume.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities include greeting patients and registering patients for their appointments. Answering and triaging phone calls to the appropriate staff member.

This is a full-time day shift position, with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, multi-tasker who has excellent customer service skills and is able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Previous receptionist/secretary experience is preferred.
• Understanding of medical terminology and experience in the medical field is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clearances as required by Federal and State law.
