Responsibilities:- This Patient Services Associate position is through the Spine Program.
- The position is a point of contact for authorizations and scheduling of in-office procedures
- Initial submission of authorization is completed off-site, but this individual will assist with the collection of information from the provider for authorization, work appeals and denials with the patient, and help with the scheduling of approved procedures
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Skill in problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service.
