**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II to join our dental team, in our Blackfoot location.The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with patient registration and check-in processes.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of healthcare processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments through phone, email, or in person
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and check-in procedures
- Answer inquiries from patients, families, and visitors regarding services, appointments, and general information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction throughout their visit
