Patient Services Manager 1 at Sodexo

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager at St Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO. This food service leader will supervise the patient feeding operations for the medical center. This food service manager will help lead a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.  

The successful candidate will: 

• lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program

• supervise frontline team and supervisors
• coordinate department safety and sanitation
• engage with employees and promote an inclusive culture 
• participate in rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction

We are looking for candidates who have:

• management or supervisory experience in the food service industry 
• experience leading a team in a kitchen environment and enforcing safety & sanitation protocols 
• natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
