About the Job
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of PSS:
- Checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance
- Answering phone lines
- Collecting co-pays
Must Haves:
- Tech savvy
Clinical Specific Information (providers, patient volumes, team vs. one on one):
- This position will float between the Edmonds and Stevens Pavilion location – you can easily walk between the two!
- Edmonds sees about 20-60 patients a day depending on the providers there.
- Steven's Pavilion sees about 50-100 patients a day depending on the providers there.
- Both clinics currently have 6 docs and 1 mid-level, interviewing to add two new providers by the fall.
- Their current PSR team is AWESOME! they all get along, are friends, hang out etc.
Must Haves:
- Personality and Professionalism are HUGE for this job
- Bubbly, high energy
- Strong work history as a medical receptionist - at least 1 year recent exp
- Explanations of all work transitions and why they are interested in this role
- 2 references at the submittal stage ideal
- EPIC
- specialty or cardio exp ideal
