The **UW MEDICAL CENTER AMBULATORY FLOAT POOL** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Patient Services Specialist-(Full Time, Day Shifts)** .
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday-Friday (100% FTE)
800am-430pm
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
+ Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
+ Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
+ Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High school graduation or equivalent AND
+ One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR**
