Job Title: Phlebotomist

Position Summary: The Phlebotomist at PSC-Banner Estrella-GMF is responsible for performing blood draws and ensuring patient comfort while serving as a communication liaison between staff and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures and capillary draws accurately.
• Ensure patient identification and specimen labeling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Assist in training new staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in phlebotomy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
