Overview:

Performs all secretarial duties for physicians office. Assists with special projects as needed. Reporting Office Administrator of the physicians practice. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: One year experience in a medical office setting preferred

Greets and checks in patients in a friendly manner.Evaluates patient chart and registration information for current address, telephone number and insurance information.CHARGE ENTRY AND PAYMENT COLLECTION
