Job Title: Patrol Security Officer
Environment: Refinery
Location: Channelview
Type: Full-time
Shift: Patrol Days Wed 4:30am-10:30am | Sun-Tue 4:30am-4:30pm
Compensation: $15.00 Hour

About the Job
- Excellent customer service is always top priority.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Responding to security emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or bomb threats as directed by supervisors
- Ability to patrol the premises
- Ability to do assigned checkpoints in vehicle or Foot if instructed
- Checking each gate at the site to ensure there is a guard in place and the gate is secured
- Ability to drive from 8-14 hours while on shift
- Work outside/inside
- Walk/stand for 8-14 hours daily
About the Qualifications
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a state security license or ability to obtain one
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to the contractual obligation for non-driving security posts or 21 years of age for security posts that operates a company vehicle.
- Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record if security posts operate a company vehicle.
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
- Hard Copy TWIC (Not expired)
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry)
- Previous Patrol experience ( 1 Year)
- Previous Security Experience
