Burlington Concrete & Asphalt Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Estimation Specialist to manage client relationships, generate new business, and provide accurate project estimates for both paving and concrete construction. This role is integral to our continued growth and success, requiring a motivated individual with strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to understand customer needs. • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals for residential, commercial, and industrial paving and concrete projects.
• Provide accurate, detailed estimates for paving and concrete projects, ensuring thorough cost analysis of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, identify challenges, and develop solutions that meet clients' needs and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent customer service and building trust.
• Collaborate closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed records of project estimates, sales activity, and customer interactions within the company's CRM system.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitive pricing to offer clients the best solutions.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and meetings to promote Burlington Concrete & Asphalt Inc.'s services and expand the company's presence in the market.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction sales and estimation, preferably in the paving and concrete industries.
• Strong understanding of paving and concrete construction processes, materials, and pricing.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and growing business relationships.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build lasting partnerships.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and specifications to provide accurate project estimates.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple estimates and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
