This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our revenue cycle, particularly within the Workers Compensation and No-Fault domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the payment posting team, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments for Workers Compensation and No-Fault claims.
• Review and resolve discrepancies in payment postings, working closely with billing and collections teams to ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify areas for improvement within the revenue cycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to payment processing.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in payment posting and claims processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Generate and present reports on payment posting metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Workers Compensation and No-Fault revenue cycle processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment posting within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
