Job Description:
Global Treasury Management
Payments QA/UAT Tester
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the ACI MTS (Money Transfer System) application
- Fully understand the processing of SWIFT, FED and CHIPS ISO messages
- JIRA, ALM and strong written/verbal communication skill sets
Desired Skills / Experience
Banking experience, prior Wells Fargo experience a plus
Strong wholesale treasury management background and experience
Experience with payment systems
Knowledge of wire transfers, SWIFT payments, ISO/ MX payments, ACH, SWIFT
Understands business requirements (from BRD or other source)
Understands the systems impacted by project
Understands the flow end to end (not just technical), customer, operations, sales, etc.
Knows how to work in an agile environment
Is able to represent “product owner” during sprints
Is able to communicate well in multiple audiences
Is able to explain how the systems interact with each other (not from a techie perspective, but from a business perspective)
Is able to communicate business deliverables from the business perspective
Is able to communicate with the business and or technology
Is a able to find out information from multiple sources, is unafraid to ask questions or ask for help
Is a self-starter
